Nonimmigrant Visa for a Fiance(e), (K-1)
The K-1 visa allows the fiance(e) of a U.S. citizen to travel to the United States in order for the couple to get married. Please note that a visa does not guarantee entry to the U.S. You will be inspected by an immigration official at your Port of Entry (POE).
